Welcome to the RLSH Crime Fighting Division

The code of the RLSH (Real Life Superheroes) is Safety-Service-Justice. This blog is designed to honor that code, while expanding upon that philosophy in a way that is compliant with The Law. Understand that not all things discussed are legal in every state, and wherever you reside, as an RLSH it is a fine line we walk, but walk it we must. No persons under the age of 18 should ever attempt to be a crime fighter, and should stick to the RLSH basics of MUCH NEEDED public service, helping the poor, and patrolling for trouble to notify police of. This blog will not only cover the basics of Crime Fighting, but also advanced tactics, and tips and information on how to do so 100% legally.

Smart Superheroes have Smart Phones.

One of the greatest allies an RLSH can have is a smart phone- I actually not kidding, and while many smart phones work, we do suggest the iphone, the iphone has apps that just make crime fighting simpler-I guess there IS an app for everything!. Here is a list off apps available that would make Batman jealous!

#1. Police Scanner
Yes you can get a police scanner app for your iphone, and its not only amazing- it's FREE!!! you can listen to police jargon locally in your area, or ANYWHERE AROUND THE WORLD. below is the interface used:

#2. Amber Alert
is also a FREE app you can get, and that of course is the Amber Alert, and seriously, if your an RLSH and don't have this, you aren't serious.

This not only offers you up to date info, but should you spot the person, and have no way to retrieve them, you can quickly report the sighting.

#3.  Crime Watch

These apps vary in price, if even cost at all, but it has been our experience that the paid versions are far superior and take themselves much more seriously. In addition to up to the minute crime reports, they also offer sex offender locations and other crime related statistics.

There are US and UK versions available.

If you are afraid of the possibility of your crime fighter phone falling into the wrong hands, in addition to passwords, you can get an app that requires fingerprint recognition.

I know what your thinking, where am I gonna put this phone with all the other things I'm carrying? well my friend, there's an app for that too, just kidding, but there is a piece of equipment that will fee up that space, and do you one more- Here are a few photos of the Armstar iphone dock/Stun Gauntlet!!!!

NOW THAT IS A SMART PHONE!

  2. I am seriously considering this life for a while now and I have a few questions about the suit. First of all I'd like to know the price of formable D3O and Kevlar fabric in square metres. I also need to know the best material for chest and stomach plating among ceramic, D3O, steel and aluminum.
    Thanks.
